Warriors Win OT Thriller Over SAC
Down by nine with less than three minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Warriors stormed back to force overtime and ultimately posted a 119-112 victory over the Kings on Friday night at Oracle Arena. Monta Ellis knocked down the shot to force overtime in the final second of regulation, and the Warriors went on to score the first 10 points in overtime in Golden States fourth-straight win. Stephen Curry scored 16 of his 34 points in the third quarter and Ellis, who sprained his left ankle late in the game, finished with 28 points and nine assists. David Lee and Dorell Wright each posted double-doubles for the Warriors, who out-scored the Kings 29-13 over the final 7:47 of the game. Golden State will now travel to Los Angeles to take on the Clippers on Saturday in the back end of a back-to-back.

FULL GAME PREVIEW

Keith Smart
On ending the game with an injury to Monta Ellis:
Well youre coming down where you got the ball in your hand and space out and a little thing where you roll up an ankle (sprained left ankle) here and there. But you know thats just the way breaks go sometimes and hopefully its not serious and we get him back may not be tomorrow night but well see. If not well get him ready for our next game.

On the comeback win:
We were in trouble, we were definitely in trouble. We were in trouble from the beginning of the game we were flat. We had a lot of conversations the other day, guys had their heads somewhere. We had to get them regrouped and get them focused and get ready to play and they did that. We made runs in the game; some guys stepped up (Dan) Gadzuric came in and gave us positive, positive big man minutes on the floor. And of course our backcourt played very, very well and David Lee and Dorell (Wright) had a bad start but got his composure back. I told these guys I trust you, but you have to know that I cant hang on to you if you are playing bad and he understood that. But it was a quality win, played hard and made some gigantic plays.

Monta Ellis
On his sprained left ankle:
Its a little sore right now. Were going to see how its in the morning and go from there.

On how he injured his ankle:
On How Tyreke Evans Injured his Ankle: (Tyreke Evans) just jumped for the ball and he just fell on it.

On his game-tying shot to force overtime:
I asked him if he wanted me to shoot it earlier. I wasnt (having) a good shooting day. He told me to do me. So I just took it down and took the last shot.

On Stephen Curry:
He played great tonight. He made a lot of big plays. That three-point play he got I dont know what wouldve happened. He came up big in the last couple of minutes in the ball game.

Stephen Curry
On coming back from nine down with less than three minutes left:
The next four possessions are key for us to get back in the game and if we dont do anything its over. I thought we played good defense for the whole game. We made them take tough shots but we gave them offensive rebounds. Our offense got a little stagnant in the fourth quarter. When you come out of the timeout thats when you have to execute the plays, somebody is going to make a play to get you back in the game and the crowd back into it. We kind of got the momentum back and took it from there.

On Monta Ellis shot to force overtime:
Its a tough call. If he goes fast hes not in control as he wants to be. If you go fast and miss it then they make two free throws and the game is over. You cant stop who gets the ball. So you live or die by that shot and it worked for us.
