Warriors Win Thriller Over Indiana
Monta Ellis nailed a jumper with 0.6 seconds remaining on the clock, giving the Warriors a thrilling 110-108 victory over the visiting Pacers on Wednesday. After scoring just two points in the first quarter, Ellis helped carry the Warriors to victory, finishing with 36 points on 16-28 shooting. The effort marked his 12th time Ellis has scored 30-or-more points on the season. The Warriors have now won three-straight games, and nine of their last 14. David Lee tallied 21 points and nine rebounds for Golden State, while Dorell Wright scored 10 of his 21 points in the third quarter. Stephen Curry hit a crucial runner with less than a minute left in the game and finished the night with 11 points and seven assists. The Warriors will return to action with another home game when they host the Sacramento Kings in a Family & Friends contest on Friday night.

Keith Smart
On having Monta take the final shot:
There were no reservations where I was going to go. Our All-Star made a playmade two big plays one before that and then came back with the game winner. I said Worst case scenario guys we go to overtime. Thats the worst thing that can possibly happen if you don't turn it over. Take it down to the last possible moment that you can shoot the basketball. And they did a god job. He (Monta Ellis) got to his spot on the floor and made a big play.

On bench play:
As I mentioned a couple of days ago, I dont know whos going to show up towards the end of our rotation. And today it was a guy that hasnt played in about four or five games and Brandan Wright came in and did just what we needed to get done at that junction of the game. He came in and made some big plays on both sides of the ball and had some finishes around the basket. So thats how our team is going to be as we keep pushing our rock a little bit up the hill.

On Monta Ellis' All-Star chances:
Right now it (his play) is saying that I belong there. If you are looking at the All-Star break and saying we are going to showcase the guys that are playing the best basketball at this particular time of the year. Not the team right now, the team is playing OK. But who is playing the best basketball right nowand there you are. Hes one of the guys that is playing very, very good basketball right now and has done that all year. From training camp hes made a statement on how hes going to play here. And he has to keep it up, and of course Ill keep putting him in situations to make plays, but hes doing a lot of stuff on his own. Hes got himself playing a great rate right now and I think hes going to keep going. And thats all we can do, thats all he can do, all we can do. Then its up to everyone else who makes the decision. But for right now, his game is speaking for him.

Monta Ellis
On tonight's game:
I wanted that one. We fought back too hard to go into overtime. Who knows what would have happened. We've got a lot of guys like Brandan (Wright) who came in off the bench and did a heck of a job. David (Lee) made some big shots and free throws. Steph (Curry) came in and made a huge shot. Dorell (Wright) played a solid game like he has been playing. It was great.
