Playing the back end of a back-to-back, the Warriors defeated the Bulls 99-91 for the team’s first victory under Head Coach Mark Jackson. Stephen Curry provided 21 points, 10 assists, seven rebounds and six steals, Monta Ellis added a game-high 26 points and seven assists and David Lee scored 22 points. Curry tweaked his sprained right ankle in the fourth quarter of the game and is considered day-to-day moving forward. FULL GAME RECAP
WARRIORS VS. KNICKS
The Warriors and Knicks split their two-game season series last year, with each team winning on the opposition’s home court. Keep an eye on David Lee. The Warriors leading scorer and rebounder through the first two games, Lee torched his former team for 28 points and 10 rebounds in his first and only game against the Knicks last November (Read more here). Lee spent his first five NBA seasons in New York and was an Eastern Conference All-Star in 2010.

The Warriors have posted sellout crowds of 19,596 fans in each of this season's first two games. Dating back to last season, the Warriors have had five consecutive sellouts at Oracle Arena.
