WARRIORS VS. BULLS
The Warriors have won each of their last two home games against the Bulls. The most recent match-up with Chicago saw Monta Ellis score 14 of his 33 points in the fourth quarter. Golden State trailed by as many as 13 points in the third period in that contest before going on a 16-2 run to open the final period.
BACK-TO-BACK BEGINNER
The Warriors open the season with a back-to-back set for the first time since the 2001-02 season. This marks the 26th time in 50 seasons since moving to the Bay Area in 1962-63 that the Warriors will open with a back-to-back, compiling an all-time record of 21-29 in those games (7-18 in the first game, 14-11 in the second game).
