Join Warrior broadcasters Tim Roye and Jim Barnett for a special 2-hour NBA Draft Preview show, airing Monday, June 18th from 8-10PM on KNBR 680 AM.

Tim and Jim will focus on Golden State's draft positions and chat with General Manager Garry Saint-Jean, Assistant General Manager Gary Fitzsimmons and with Matt Steinmetz of the Contra Costa Times about the 2001 NBA draft and the Warriors future.

They'll be discussing players that other NBA teams are interested in working out and the moves they may possibly make.

Special guests will include ESPN's Andy Katz, with the NBA rumor mill, CBS Sportsline's Mike Kahn and draft guru Chris Monter of the Monter Draft News, who will be scrutinizing the players available in the draft: who's got game, who might have game, and who's got no game at all.Tim Roye will answer your emails about the upcoming draft on the Draft Preview Show. About Tim Roye:
Tim Roye enters his sixth season of handling the play-by-play duties for all Warriors radio broadcasts on KNBR (680 AM), the club's flagship station.
In addition to his Warriors duties, Roye assists in television broadcasts for the Sacramento Rivercats (the Oakland A's Triple-A affiliate) and serves as a back-up radio broadcaster for Stanford Football. Prior to his arrival with Golden State in 1995, Roye spent six seasons with the Sacramento Kings' radio broadcast team as the pregame, halftime and postgame host for the team's radio broadcast on KHTK-AM and KFBK-AM.

About Jim Barnett:
A self-proclaimed gym rat who still finds time to work on his jump shot, Jim Barnett continues a deep-rooted passion for the game of basketball. He showed it on the court during an 11-year NBA career and now shares his passion with viewers as the Warriors color commentator. Barnett's NBA career began when the Boston Celtics selected him with the eighth pick overall in the 1966 NBA Draft. He later played for the Warriors for three seasons (1971-74) and six other teams during his 11-year career. Barnett teamed up with many of the league's Hall of Famers, including Warriors stars Rick Barry and Nate Thurmond, as well as Bill Russell, John Havlicek, Walt Frazier, Earl Monroe, Pete Maravich and Julius Erving.
