Warriors Sign Free Agent Forwards Gary Flowers and Chris Wright
Team Now Has 11 Players Under Contract

The Golden State Warriors have signed free agent forwards Gary Flowers and Chris Wright, the team announced today. Per team policy, terms of the deals were not announced.

Flowers, 25, played the last two seasons at Southern Mississippi, where he earned First Team All-Conference USA honors as senior after averaging 18.8 points and 7.7 rebounds per contest. A 6’8” forward, Flowers began his college career at Chipola Junior College before transferring to Southern Miss. Flowers will wear uniform #4.

Wright, 23, played the last four seasons at Dayton, where he averaged 13.0 points and 7.2 rebounds for his career. A 6’8” forward, Wright earned Third Team All-Atlantic 10 honors as a senior. Wright will wear uniform #33.
