Warriors, ORACLE Formally Announce Naming Rights Agreement For ORACLE Arena
ORACLE Arena is the premier entertainment venue in Northern California, and the agreement will provide the world’s largest enterprise software company with a variety of sponsorship opportunities with the Warriors, including exterior and interior signage, VIP customer/partner hospitality and various other amenities.
ORACLE Arena will continue to be managed by Oakland-Alameda County Authority (JPA) and SMG. The JPA will be asked to approve the deal at its November 10 meeting. The Denver-based Bonham Group, a nationally-respected marketing firm that specializes in arena naming rights procurement, was hired in 2004 and assisted in the process of securing this agreement. Additionally, Sign-A-Rama, a Florida-based signage company, has been hired to develop and produce the entire range of interior and exterior signage that will be affixed to ORACLE Arena.
