The Warriors will wear the popular "The City" uniforms for select games this season.
In recognition of NBA Hardwood Classic Week, the Golden State Warriors will wear their 1966-67 home uniforms versus the Milwaukee Bucks this Saturday, December 2. The ever-popular yellow uniform design features “The City” word mark logo on the front, and a cable car design on the back. The NBA and seven of its teams will celebrate their history with a series of retro games as part of the sixth season of NBA Hardwood Classics Nights. The celebration tipped-off on November 24th.

In March, the Warriors will honor the rich history of their franchise with “Warriors Hardwood Classic Month”. HWC Month will include a series of promotions and ticket specials, and the team will wear the retro uniforms for each of the seven games played at ORACLE Arena during the month. Full details on the promotions included in Hardwood Classic Month will be announced at a later date. For a full schedule of this year's Hardwood Classics contests, click here.

Over the past five seasons, 25 NBA teams have participated in Hardwood Classic Nights. The Warriors also participated during the 2003-04 (yellow “The City” uniforms) and 2004-05 (blue “The City” uniforms) NBA seasons.
