Career Highlights: Named an Honorable Mention All-America by The Associated Press as a junior. Named to the All-Big 12 Second Team by The Associated Press as a junior. Named to the Big 12 All-Defense team by coaches as a junior. Earned Big 12 Player of the Week honors in January of his junior season. Named to Big Ten All-Defensive team as a sophomore at Michigan.

Junior (2009-10): Led team in rebounding (9.8 rpg) and blocked shots (3.7 bpg) while ranking second in assists (2.7 apg) and third in points (13.9 ppg). Started all 36 games, scoring in double figures 26 times including six games of 20 points or more and 16 double-doubles. Also posted 20 games with 10 or more rebounds, 13 games with five or more blocks, and 21 games with three or more assists. His 3.7 blocks per game on the season ranks first all-time in Baylor history. Scored a career-high 25 points on 9-for-14 shooting to go along with seven blocks against Texas. Notched a triple-double against Morgan State with 18 points, 17 rebounds, and a career-high 10 blocks. Scored 23 points against Massachusetts on 13-for-14 shooting from the free throw line. Scored 20 points to go along with 13 rebounds in NCAA Tournament win over Sam Houston.

Sophomore (2007-08): Played in all 32 games, starting 24. Led Big Ten in blocked shots (2.9 bpg) while setting sophomore season record for Michigan. Scored in double figures six times on the season, including a season-high 14 point performance against Northwestern, where he also pulled in 11 rebounds. Blocked a season-high six shots twice, against Ohio State and Penn State. Blocked five shots in four other games, against Butler, Eastern Washington, Indiana and Illinois.

Freshman (2006-07): Played in all 35 games, starting seven. Scored in double figures four times on the season, including a season-high 14 points twice, against Minnesota and Ohio State. Scored 11 points against Harvard and 10 points against North Carolina State. Had a season-high eight rebounds against Delaware State. Had 22 games with two or more blocks, including eight with three or more. Finished third in blocks in the Big Ten with 1.9 per game.

Strengths: Versatile offensive player with excellent size and good athleticism. Two-way player who is a very good rebounder and shot blocker. Has a high basketball IQ and has shown a very high learning curve, along with a good feel for the game.
