GAME 3 QUOTES

Don Nelson
On Tonight's Game
We have done a good job of keeping it together after a tough loss. We did have a hot hand tonight and made shots. For a change we had 8 guys who all made contributions. It allowed us to give our starters a rest and it left them with a lot in the tank for the 4th quarter."

"I started Al because I felt I had to play them differently since they were so dominant on the boards. Monta seemed to play with more confidence the more he played. We couldnt have had a better game plan.

On Baron Davis
Baron was so dominant consistently tonight, with how they were playing him trying to get the ball out of his hands. He was a tremendous defender tonight and got his hands on balls.

Baron Davis
On His Fourth Quarter Dunk
I shocked myself on that dunk. Knowing we were up, I just tried my luck.

On Tonight's Game
We believe we can beat anybody on any given night. When we lost game 2, it really hurt us. We are learning through this series. To come back after being down 2-0, it shows a lot of heart. The most important thing was that we kept the 20 point lead. I just wanted to come out aggressive and head to the rim.

On Playing Less Minutes
It made a huge difference playing less minutes. I had a bounce in my step in the 4th quarter.

Stephen Jackson
On Tonight's Game
Thats how we play. I think we got out playing our game tonight. We knocked some 3s down, took the game uptempo and once we got a lead, we know how to keep it at home, its harder on the road. But we were able to finish the game tonight.

We are done proving stuff to people. We just wanted to go out there and win. We definitely didnt want to come back Sunday down 3-0. So I think the main focus was to come out here and do anything that we needed to do to win. And I think our captain, our franchise player put the game on his back and made sure we won the game.

Jason Richardson
On Baron's Fourth Quarter Dunk
It was the greatest dunk I have ever seen with my eyes in person.

On Tonight's Game
We have been playing well at home all season. Guys were hitting 3s all night. We were only down on ourselves because we turned the ball over and got out-rebounded. They started guarding me on the 3 pointer, so I was able to put the ball on the floor.

On Baron Davis
When you think Baron is down, beat up, hurting, he finds a way to come out and play hard.

Al Harrington
On Making A Statement
Yeah definitely. We just tried to come out and play as hard as we can, and just get the win. Obviously winning by 20 is beautiful but we realize the team over there is going to come out and play even harder come Sunday. So we just gotta be ready to go.

On Playing Well At Home
I told you how we play in this arena. We are a totally different team. We just came out fired up and we figured the more success we have, the more we can get our fans into it and theyll carry us through, just ride that wave.

On Baron's Fourth Quarter Dunk
Man, that was incredible. That was old B-Diddy (Baron), when he was in Charlotte. That was incredible. But he was making plays like that all night. What more can you say about him.I know Dirk may have won the MVP of the regular season, but hes the MVP of the postseason.

Mickael Pietrus
On His Success Tonight
When I have confidence I can make them. I did not think about the last two I missed in Utah, it is already over. Now I am thinking about going out there and making them, and tying this series on Sunday.
