Warriors Announce 2012-13 Television & Radio Schedules
For Fourth Straight Season Every Regular-Season Game Will Be Televised; 80 On CSN Bay Area
KNBR To Broadcast All 82 Regular-Season Contests & Four Preseason Games

For the fourth consecutive season, every regular-season Golden State Warriors game will be available on television and on radio, the team announced today.

Comcast SportsNet Bay Area, the exclusive television home for Warriors games in Northern California, will televise a total of 80 contests during the 2012-13 season, beginning with the team’s final preseason game against the Phoenix Suns (October 23) in advance of the Opening Night road game against the Suns in Phoenix on Wednesday, October 31. Included on the 80-game HDTV local docket are 75 games on the main channel and five games on Comcast SportsNet Plus. For the 16th consecutive season, play-by-play announcer Bob Fitzgerald will team with 28-year veteran analyst Jim Barnett to call the action on all Comcast SportsNet Bay Area telecasts.
In addition to the 80 games that are slated for telecast on Comcast SportsNet Bay Area, the Warriors are also scheduled to make eight national television appearances, with five games airing on ESPN (all of which will also be shown on CSN Bay Area) and three appearances on TNT’s exclusive Thursday night coverage.

KNBR 680 will once again serve as the flagship station for all Warriors radio broadcasts, marking KNBR’s 29th consecutive season, and 37th season overall, as the radio home of Warriors basketball. Along with broadcasting all 82 regular-season and four preseason Warriors games, KNBR will also continue to air the Warriors Roundtable radio show and the Mark Jackson Show weekly throughout the season. Tim Roye, who is entering his 18th season as the voice of Warriors radio, will once again handle play-by-play duties. At this time, all Warriors radio broadcasts are scheduled to air on KNBR 680 AM with the exception of the November 19 game at Dallas, which will air on KNBR 1050 AM.
The specific preseason games airing on KNBR will be announced at a later date.
