Kellie Vugrincic
Vice President, Human Resources
Kellie Vugrincic is in her first season as vice president, human resources for the Golden
State Warriors.
Kellie has over 20 years human resources leadership experience in a variety of fast paced
domestic and international business environments. Prior to the Warriors, she led the HR
function at salesforce.com for the global marketing, corporate development, technology
and products divisions. She has previously held HR leadership roles at BEA Systems
(acquired by Oracle Corp), Intuit, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers and had her own independent HR consulting
business in Silicon Valley for three years.
Kellie has an MBA in international management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of
International Management in Glendale, AZ. She earned her BA with a focus on political science from Texas
Lutheran University in Seguin, TX.
