Golden State Trail Mix

1 cup whole wheat Chex Cereal
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup apple chips or banana chips
(optional ingredients): yogurt raisins, multi-grain cheerios

Place all items together in a large bowl. Mix with a spoon. Measure out ½ cup portions in plastic baggies.

Juice Sparkler

1 cup (8 oz.) of 100% cranberry or grape juice (juice without sugar added)
½ cup of carbonated water or seltzer
Orange or lemon slices (optional)

Pour juice into a tall glass. Add carbonated water and stir. Add orange or lemon slices, if you have them. Voila! - you've made your own refreshing healthy soda! Serve chilled and enjoy!
