The Intern airs only on warriors.com and at select Warriors home games this past season. This season-long spin-off of the popular television series "The Apprentice" will result in one lucky college student securing the dream of a lifetime - a full-time job - with the Golden State Warriors.

In the first episode, the 10 contestants were introduced and placed into two teams of men vs. women. After picking their team names and project manager, they received their first task.

December 1, 2004

In Episode II, the two teams competed in their first task and try to sell the most tickets to an upcoming Warriors game. Team Dominator, comprised of the woman and a willful volunteer in Brandon decide to go "off campus", while the men's team - Team Dedication - head over to Mike Montgomery's old stomping grounds at Stanford University. Find out which one of the 10 candidates will be the first to be told to "Go back to class."

In Episode III, the two teams were given the task of working with the Warriors community relations department and preparing a care package for the troops serving overseas. For the second episode in a row, despite some early dissention among the members, Team Dominator emerged as the winning team. The men's team - Team Dedication - just didn't come through in the boardroom when it came time for their presentation. Find out which one of the 10 candidates will be the second member of Team Dedication to be told to "Go back to class."

In this episode, the two teams were given a task to develop a marketing plan for the Warriors new L.E.D. sponsorship and messaging boards at the Arena. In what is beginning to become a rout, the women's team - Team Dominator - put together a complete presentation and came away the winners for the third straight episode. Once again it was a member of Team Dedication being sent back to class, but the women's team loses a member as well when one of them receives a job offer!

For the first time this season a member of the women's team - Team Dominator - is being "Sent Back To Class". The two teams were given a task to sell tickets in the Warriors inside sales department for the Cleveland Cavaliers game on January 22. Things were looking bleak again for the men's team, but a last minute credit card snafu causes the women's team to suffer their first loss. Dissention within the ranks of Team Dominator has the boardroom questioning who deserves credit for some of the sales.

And then there were four. With the NBA All Star Game approaching the two teams were given the task of distributing All Star ballots at a Warriors home game in the most creative form. The teams were judged on their organization, presentation - and ultimately - the number of ballots collected. Once again the women’s team with only two members remaining was able to collect over 1,400 ballots to defeat the men’s team. The three members of Team Dedication were sent to the boardroom where Michael not only is late to the boardroom, but has to discuss his punctuality during the task! In the end it comes down to the leadership ability of Joseph and Mike’s time telling skills. See who will make it to the final four contestants.

With a full-time job offer on the line, the men's team of Team Dedication certainly wasn't living up to their name. The two teams were asked to put together a press kit for Team Thunder to help promote the groups appearance at the NBA All-Star Game. The effort wasn't there as one of the members of the men's team is "Sent Back To Class" to narrow the contestants down to the final three!

In the second to last episode, it was down to the final three contestants. Each of them had to submit a cover letter and resume (View Resume: Mahdi, Alesia and Natalie) and meet with various Warriors executives for their final interviews. The final episode pitted former teammates Alesia against Natalie to determine who would win this season long contest and earn a full-time job with the Warriors. The two contestants were given the final task of creating a marketing plan and selling merchandise at one of the last home games this past season. The two wouldn't have to do these tasks alone though, as former contestants were brought back for this final episode to help. See who got "Sent Back To Class" and who will win The Intern!
