Warriors Roll Past Kings in Season Opener

The 2014-15 season is off to a great start. In Steve Kerr's NBA regular season coaching debut, the Warriors rolled past the Kings 95-77 in Sacramento on Tuesday night. Stephen Curry had an impressive night, finishing with a game-high 24 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and six steals. Klay Thompson converted a career-high nine free throws on a career-high 10 attempts, finishing with 19 points and a team-high six assists. Draymond Green earned his fifth career double-double (12 points, 10 rebounds) while Marreese Speights led the bench with 16 points and five boards.

Tonight's game marked the Warriors debuts of guards Leandro Barbosa, Justin Holiday and Shaun Livingston. The Dubs played without David Lee (strained left hamstring) and Brandon Rush (sacral stress reaction). Andrew Bogut played limited minutes due to an illness, but still logged four points, five rebounds, and four blocks.
