The Warriors extended their winning streak to five straight games with Tuesday’s 108-85 triumph over the Mavericks at Oracle Arena. Down by eight early, the Dubs took control of the game with a 22-8 run that bridged the first and second quarters. Much of the damage was done by the reserves, as Jordan Crawford caught fire and at one point had nine straight points for the Warriors. The Warriors reserves out-scored Dallas’ bench 59-37, and the Mavericks as a team shot just 36.6 percent from the field. The Warriors, meanwhile, had little trouble getting what they wanted offensively. The Dubs out-scored the Mavericks in the paint 40-30, thanks to several highlight-worthy dunks by Andrew Bogut (15 points, 10 rebounds) and one from Andre Iguodala that capped an incredible seven-second sequence that started with a block on the defensive end. With the win, the Warriors improve to 41-24, and they’ll look to keep the momentum going when they visit the Clippers on Wednesday on the back end of a back-to-back.
