The Warriors came up a few points short of NBA history tonight, falling to the Nets 102-98. Stephen Curry did his best to get the Warriors over the top, notching 34 points, seven assists and five rebounds. David Lee put together another solid performance with 20 points and seven boards, but the road weary Warriors just didn’t have enough legs to close it out with perfection. The loss concludes the Dubs’ season-long seven-game road trip with a 6-1 record, and makes them just one of three teams in NBA history to post a 6-1 trip in consecutive seasons. Pretty darn good. Now 24-14, the Warriors will return home for a couple games on #WarriorsGround, beginning on Friday night against the Celtics.
