Breaking Down The Draft With Chris Monter
Try typing in “NBA Mock Draft” into a search engine and you’ll be greeted with millions upon millions of results. With everyone seemingly having an opinion on what exactly will go down on June 23rd, it could be difficult to differentiate between those with legitimate knowledge of the NBA and the casual fan. But one source more reliable than most is Chris Monter of CollegeBasketballNews.com. A good friend of Warriors radio, Monter makes a living breaking down the NBA Draft and his predictions and assessments over the years have often been spot on. I recently had the opportunity to discuss some of this year’s draft prospects with him, and you can listen to that interview below:

Several of the players that Monter discussed have already been selected in my "Mocking The Lottery" feature on Warriors Draft Central, presented by YouTube, and up next in the mock draft will be your Golden State Warriors. I’ve had broadcasters and writers predict the pick for the teams they cover, and making the mock selection at No. 11 will be a surprise guest with whom nearly every Bay Area sports fan is quite familiar. Catch up on the top 10 picks of my mock draft by clicking here.
Follow me on Twitter (@warriorsvox) and let me know who you think the Warriors should target with the 11th pick and who you are hoping to see remaining on the board at No. 44.
