Prior to her position with the Golden State Warriors, she was the director of the Seattle SuperSonics Dance Team, Boom Squad and Junior Hip-Hop Troupe, as well as the WNBA's Seattle Storm Adult Hip-Hop Squad, from 2004-2006.

Susan has more than 25 years of dance and cheerleading experience. She has danced with the Portland Trail Blazers, Seattle Seahawks and Phoenix Mercury. She has also choreographed for the Seattle SuperSonics, Portland Trail Blazers, Seattle Seahawks, Phoenix Mercury, Portland Fire and Seattle Storm. From 2000-2004 Susan taught hip-hop dance classes at Arizona State University. Susan is also the founder and owner of "Let’s Dance Camp," which she started in 2001. Additionally, she was featured as a personal coach on two episodes of MTV’s “Made” during the 2006 season.

Susan graduated from Portland State University with a B.A. degree in Speech Communication.
