OFFICIAL RULES 'WIN A VIP NIGHT WITH THE WARRIORS COURTESY OF BAUER'S TRANSPORTATION!' 1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Win a VIP Night with the Warriors. To enter: go to Warriors.com, starting March 24, 2008. Entries must be received by 12:00pm PDT on April 11, 2008. Only one entry per e-mail address will be accepted. 2. Eligibility Sweepstakes open to residents of California, living within a 75 mile radius of ORACLE Arena in Oakland, 18 years of age or older, except employees and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Golden State Warriors LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Bauer's Transportation and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents. Entries from residents outside of the 75 mile radius of Oakland will automatically be ruled ineligible. 3. Drawing and Notification: Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received received by 12:00pm PDT on April 11, 2008 in a random drawing held on April 11, 2008, at 3:30 p.m. (PDT) by The Golden State Warriors, LLC. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 24 hours from the first notification attempt by phone and/or e-mail, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. 4. Prize: One (1) Prize winner: The selected winner will win: Six (6) luxury suite level tickets to see the Warriors vs. Seattle SuperSonics game on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at 7:30 p.m., limousine transportation for winner and five (5) guests to and from the game provided by Bauer’s Limo, and dinner for winner and five (5) guests in the luxurious Courtside Club. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners. Winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted, except at the team’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value. Approximate retail value of prize(s) is: $3,250.00. 5. Prize Conditions: Prize Conditions: Potential prize winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”). Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If potential winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Limitations of Liability: The Golden State Warriors, LLC are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, or postage-due mail entries and/or lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or entries not received by the Golden State Warriors, LLC on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on computer networks, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes or downloading any material for the Sweepstakes, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate.
