Warriors to Host Holiday Toy Drive on December 3 Against Orlando Magic
400 Fans To Donate New, Unwrapped Toy Will Receive a Limited Edition Warriors Photo
The Golden State Warriors are hosting a pre-game Holiday Toy Drive on December 3 at Oracle Arena against the Orlando Magic, the team announced today. Fans are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy in support of the 2012 Oakland Mayor’s Community Toy Drive. The first 400 fans who donate a toy will receive a limited edition Golden State Warriors photo, courtesy of the team.
During the 2011 holiday season, over 5,400 children from low-income families received a gift from the Mayor’s Community Toy Drive. Toys suitable for children ages 0-12 are needed. Fans can drop off their donations at the South, East, North, Plaza and F-lot entrances of Oracle Arena.
