
The organization will reach out to more than 5,000 children and their families and provide them with gifts and meals during this time of need. Events include pregame postgame meet-and-greets at ORACLE Arena, basketball clinics, shopping sprees and holiday parties throughout the Bay Area. The Warriors partnered with Oracle, Lucky Supermarkets, Nike, Adidas and Pican Restaurant to purchase the gifts and food during this holiday season. Throughout the league, the NBA and its players will celebrate the “NBA Cares and Season of Giving” with charitable efforts that will reach more than 300,000 people. Over the next five years, the league, players and teams will raise and contribute $100 million for charity, donate more than 1 million hours of hands-on volunteer service to communities around the world, and build more than 100 places where kids can learn and play.
