The Junior Warriors Basketball League is now in its13th season. Through partnerships with a variety of youth agencies, the Golden State Warriors are able to enhance existing youth leagues by providing exciting components. Each Junior Warriors participant receives a reversible micro-mesh jersey (shorts are optional), a headband, a certificate of participation and a free ticket voucher to attend a future Golden State Warriors home game.
Other special features of the program include a Coaches Clinic for all coaches affiliated with the League led by members of the Warriors coaching staff, player clinics and the Junior Warriors Classic which allows two Junior Warriors teams to play at Oracle Arena prior to a Warriors home game.
More than 120,000 Bay Area youth have been able to participate in the Junior Warriors Basketball League since its inception in 2000.
