Warriors Basketball Camp hosted the Stephen Curry Overnight Camp at Stevenson School in Pebble Beach from August 17-20, where campers learned the fundamentals of basketball and shooting tips from one of the best guards in the NBA. Curry’s first-ever overnight camp hosted 120 youth ages 9-16. The campers had the opportunity to work on their game and improve their skills, as well as listen to lectures from the fifth-year pro and learn Curry’s personal workout routine. The youth even had the chance to hang out and eat dinner with the Warriors guard. The four-day camp allowed the campers to work on a variety of skills, including ball handling, shooting, moving without the basketball, and more. Some campers were lucky enough to play Curry one-on-one. Actively involved in the drills and scrimmages, Curry was intent on helping each camper reach their potential. His father, Dell Curry, was also at the camp to help teach the youth the fundamentals of the game.

Curry’s Overnight Camp was a special experience for everyone involved. The campers had a wonderful time improving their game and enjoyed learning from one of the best players and shooters in the NBA today. Warriors Basketball Camp has been teaching the game of basketball to kids across Northern California since the summer of 2000. Fall sessions of Warriors Basketball Camp have begun and will continue throughout September and October. To find a location near you, please visit warriors.com/camps.
