August 15, 2011 Warriors Announce 2011 Preseason Schedule Two Home Games At Oracle Arena & One In Bismarck, North Dakota, Highlight Team’s Preseason Docket
The Golden State Warriors will play two home games at Oracle Arena and one in Bismarck, North Dakota, as part of an eight-game preseason schedule leading up to Opening Night, the team announced today.
The Warriors begin their preseason with a trip to Fresno to face the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, October 9. Following road games at Portland on Thursday, October 13, and at Memphis on Saturday, October 15, the team returns to Northern California to host the Phoenix Suns at Oracle Arena on Tuesday, October 18. One night later the team travels to Sacramento to face the Kings on Wednesday, October 19, before heading to Los Angeles to visit the Clippers on Friday, October 21.
On Tuesday, October 25, the Warriors will play host to the Utah Jazz at the Bismarck Civic Center in North Dakota, home of the team’s recently purchased NBA Development League squad, the Dakota Wizards. Golden State concludes its preseason docket on Thursday, October 27, at Oracle Arena against the Portland Trail Blazers.
