Additional Game Tickets
All Season Ticket Holders may purchase additional individual game tickets at the Warriors Executive Ticket Office (address below). Tickets are based on availability and can either be mailed to you or left at “Will Call” if purchased less than 10 working days prior to game date.

Alcohol
Beverages and/or food of any kind may not be brought into Oracle Arena. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands, beverage carts and clubs throughout Oracle Arena.

Alcoholic beverages will not be sold after the end of the 3rd quarter. Alcohol sales may continue in suites, bunker suites, restaurants and clubs. At no time after the beginning of the 4th quarter will alcohol be permitted in the bowl area.

Trained guide dogs, signal dogs, or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside Oracle Arena.

Automatic Teller Machines are located on the main concourse near section 110, on the upper concourse at 221. An ATM is also located within the Stella Artois Club near the entrance as well as outside the facility next to the Warriors Will Call.

Backpacks, Bags & Purses
The Warriors and Oracle Arena staff are committed to ensuring a safe and fun environment for everyone. AS A SECURITY MEASURE, COOLERS, BACKPACKS AND OTHER LARGE BAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO Oracle Arena. Oracle Arena will deny entry into the facility to those who carry any of the items mentioned until they are stored elsewhere by the ticket holder. The Warriors or Oracle Arena will not assume the responsibility for the storage of any of these items.

Banners & Signs
Banners and signs are permitted as long as the information contained on them is not politically, religiously, or commercially motivated, do not carry obscene messages and do not interfere with the sightlines of other guests. Warriors and Arena Guest Services Representatives reserve the right to ask any fan to remove a sign or banner from Oracle Arena.

Basketball Camp

Warriors Basketball Camp has expanded to numerous locations throughout Northern California. With camps being conducted in Alameda, Santa Rosa, Larkspur, Los Altos Hills, Newark, Oakland, Saratoga, Napa, Pleasanton, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, San Ramon and more, our goal has been to bring our program to a community near you. The majority of sessions, which focus on individual skill development, the importance of fundamentals and the development of a healthy team attitude, are for boys and girls, ages 8-16, of all skill levels and abilities. Warriors Basketball Camp is the only program in Northern California that is able to offer the unique opportunity of bringing young players closer to the NBA game.

Camp attendees have totaled over 11,000 youth since its inception in the summer of 2000, with kids traveling from as far away as Japan, Spain, Portugal and France to participate. The staff, led by director Jeff Addiego, consists of current high school and college coaches, as well as current and former local college players. Most sessions of Warriors Basketball Camp also feature appearances by current and former Warriors players and coaches. For the most complete camp experience in Northern California, Warriors Basketball Camp is the clear choice.

Budweiser Club
The Budweiser Club offers premier food service, gourmet carving stations, TV monitors throughout and concierge service. It's the perfect place to relax before, during or after an exciting game.

Location: The Budweiser Club is located on the west side of Oracle Arena.

Hours: The Budweiser Club opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off and will remain open for one hour following the conclusion of the game. No reservations are necessary.

Entrance: There is a private entrance to the Budweiser Club, which is located on the southwest corner (Interstate 880 side) of Oracle Arena.

Access to the Budweiser Club is restricted and reserved for Courtside and Sideline Club Members and Luxury Suite Holders.

Cameras with lenses less than 3 inches in length are permitted, but the use of a flash is not allowed. All types of video and audio equipment are not permitted in Oracle Arena.

Change of Address

Courtside Club
Courtside Club members have unlimited access to the Courtside Club before, during, and after Warrior games. The Courtside Club, located on the Event Level of Oracle Arena, is the ultimate in luxury and is your exclusive pre and post-game entertainment space. Post-game access is restricted to guests over 21 years of age.

Hours: The Courtside Club opens 90 minutes prior to each game and remains open one hour following its conclusion. The Courtside Club offers a spacious social area, an upscale dining environment, lounge and TV monitors.

Reservations: Courtside Club seat holders are eligible to make dinner reservations in the Courtside Club restaurant by calling the reservation desk at (510) 383-4841. Reservations are accepted on a “first come first serve” basis, Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Reservations will be held approximately 15-20 minutes following reserved dining time.

Entrance: Oracle Arena offers VIP entrances for Courtside Club members. These VIP entrances are located on the Event Level through north and south (circle) parking lots F and E. Courtside Club members can also enter Oracle Arena through the Stella Artois Club entrance and take the elevator to the Event Level. Click here for an Arena parking map.

Donations
The Golden State Warriors are committed to providing assistance to charitable organizations, primarily in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Through the donation of tickets, autographed memorabilia, promotional items, player and talent appearances, and monetary contributions, the Warriors support hundreds of community organizations and individuals annually.

Due to the high volume of requests received, the Warriors require that all donation requests must meet the following criteria: Requests must be submitted in writing on the organization's letterhead. Requests must be sent at least 6-8 weeks prior to the event date. Please include a brief description of the event, including the date, location and name of the benefiting charity or organization. Requests for ticket donations must include the organization's 501(c)(3) tax determination letter. Donations are limited to one request per organization within a 12-month period.

There are three elevators at Oracle Arena. One is on the west side near section 114. The other two are located on the east side near section 101. Elevator usage is reserved for Suite Holders, Courtside and Sideline Club Members and is ADA accessible. For a map of Oracle Arena please click here.

Family Restrooms
Family restrooms are equipped with accessible toilets, changing tables, and other amenities to aid our guests with special requirements. These specially equipped co-ed restrooms are located on both the main and upper concourses near sections 106 and 204.

Fan Mail
We receive several hundred pieces of fan mail every month for our players and coaches, which are forwarded directly to them. All fan mail addressed to our Community Relations Department is answered by staff. Occasionally, the letters include cards and photos with a request for an autograph. Please exercise caution if you send an item to be signed (and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope), because there is no guarantee that it will be returned.

Game Day Ticket Upgrade
The “Customer Assistance Window” offers Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to exchange tickets to an upgraded location of equal or greater value on game nights. Any price difference can be charged or paid for with cash. Ticket inventory is limited depending on the game and may not be available for all games. The “Customer Assistance Window” is located at Oracle Arena Box Office on the Plaza Level and is available to Season Ticket Holders and Mini-Plan Holders two hours prior to tip-off.

Group tickets are perfect for community organizations, schools, church groups, youth basketball teams, business organizations, or large groups of family and friends. Guest Conduct
The Golden State Warriors strive to provide an entertaining and safe environment for all of our patrons. Fans who are found guilty of public intoxication, using offensive language, throwing objects or any other behavior deemed by Warriors or Arena Guest Services Representatives as disruptive or dangerous in nature are subject to ejection from Oracle Arena. The Warriors also adhere to the NBA Fan Code of Conduct, which sets forth expected standards of decorum for all fans attending NBA games.

A warning card with the following printed language must be given by an arena security representative to any fan who has engaged in excessive verbal abuse of a player, coach, game official or another fan:

“You are being issued a warning that the comments, gestures and/or behaviors that you have directed at players, coaches, game officials and or/ other spectators constitute excessive verbal abuse and are in violation of the NBA Fan Code of Conduct. This is the first and only warning that you will receive. If, after receiving this warning, you verbally abuse any player, coach, game official or spectator, you will be immediately ejected from Oracle Arena without refund”.

This enthusiastic, t-shirt throwing, high-energy squad provides the bulk of the timeout entertainment at Warriors home games, keeping the atmosphere up-tempo and fun. The Hoop Troop is also available for out-of-arena promotions and events and can help provide the entertainment glue to any production.

J

Jr. Jam Squad
This show stopping hard-working group of kids, ages 7-13, constantly wows the audience with their high-energy hip-hop routines. The kids can be seen at selected Warriors weekend games as well as community events. In between school and homework, the kids squeeze in time for rehearsal two times a week.

The Jr. Jam Squad is under the direction of Dance Team Director Sabrina Ellison.

Lost and Found articles are left at Oracle Arena Security Office until the end of an event. All unclaimed lost and found items are stored for 30 days. To contact lost and found, please call (510) 383-4660.

Lost, Stolen, Forgotten, Destroyed Tickets
If your tickets are lost, forgotten or destroyed, the primary Season Ticket account holder may request duplicate tickets for a $5.00 cash only, non-refundable service charge. To request duplicated tickets, please call 1-888-GSW-HOOP (press 3), Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If tickets are stolen, please provide a police report and tickets will be duplicated at no charge. Please note that any duplicated ticket issued will supersede the original for seating in Oracle Arena. Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and denied entrance to Oracle Arena.

Lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed individual game tickets (i.e. non-Season Ticket holders) should contact TicketMaster customer service at 1-800-462-2849.

Merchandise
The Warriors Arena Team Store is located at the Plaza Level entrance on the east side of Oracle Arena. Oracle Arena also features fixed merchandise stands on almost every level containing Warriors apparel and novelties. In addition, Full Season Ticket Holders receive a 10% discount on all regularly priced merchandise at the Warriors Team Store. The Warriors Team Store is open approximately two and half hours prior to Warriors home games and is only open on game days. See the Warriors schedule. The Miller Lite Zone is the newest addition to Oracle Arena's Club 200. With two lounge areas complete with flat screen TVs, upscale bar service and much more, the Miller Lite Zone is the perfect place to hang out before, during and after the game.

NBA Fan Code of Conduct
The National Basketball Association, the Golden State Warriors and Oracle Arena are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports & entertainment experience. NBA fans have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Players will respect and appreciate each and every fan.
  • Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all arena and team personnel.
  • Guests will enjoy the basketball experience free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
  • Guests will not engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court, and those who engage in any of these actions will immediately be ejected from the game.
  • Guests will smoke in designated smoking areas only.
  • There will not be any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing.
  • Guests will comply with requests from Arena staff regarding Arena operations and emergency response procedures.

Oracle Arena staff has been trained to intervene when necessary in an effort to enforce the above. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. The NBA, the Golden State Warriors and Oracle Arena thank you for adhering to the provisions of the NBA Fan Code of Conduct.

Parking
North and South parking lots open two hours prior to tip-off. View Parking Map and Driving Directions. Accessible parking is located in the first two rows of the parking lot, closest to Oracle Arena. Parking spaces accommodating vans are also available. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card.

Parking prices are $18 for cars and $48 for limousines and buses.

Guests wishing to be dropped off for Warrior games at Oracle Arena should be dropped off at the Main Gate on 66th Avenue. Alternatively, guests can be dropped off at the Coliseum Bart Station located east of Oracle Arena on San Leandro Street.

The Coliseum BART station is located within convenient walking distance from Oracle Arena. Both BART and AC Transit make frequent stops at the Coliseum BART station, which is located on the east side of Oracle Arena and is connected to Oracle Arena via a walkover.

Read to Achieve
The Warriors Read to Achieve Program is the team's highly acclaimed child literacy program conducted in partnership with Bay Area elementary/middle schools and public library systems. The program is sponsored by Ross Stores.

In conjunction with the NBA's league-wide Read to Achieve initiative, the Warriors bring the joy of reading year-round to Bay Area children through monthly readings, the Read to Achieve Reading Challenge, Reading Camp, Reading Centers and other exciting literacy activities. Read to Achieve expands each year and now reaches thousands of children at libraries, schools and youth centers throughout the Bay Area.

Scoreboard Messages
Surprise that special person in your life with a personalized scoreboard message at a Warriors home game! For just $200, you may wish a happy birthday, celebrate a special occasion, welcome a loved one to a game, and even propose marriage! Score big with family and friends, while also making a tax deductible contribution to benefit Bay Area youth through the Golden State Warriors Community Foundation. A limited number of scoreboard messages are available each game so reserve your space today. All messages will appear between the start of halftime and the end of the fourth quarter. Season Tickets
Warriors Season Tickets are the best way to see great NBA action in the Bay Area and are an excellent opportunity to entertain friends, family, employees and clients.

Seat Upgrade
During the off-season, all Season Ticket Holders are offered the opportunity to upgrade their seat locations to available seat locations. An upgrade may simply be down one or two rows or a seat to the right or left. Upgrading priority is based on years of seniority and seat location availability.

Security
The Warriors and Oracle Arena staff are committed to ensuring a safe and fun environment for everyone. As a security measure, coolers, backpacks and other large bags are not allowed into Oracle Arena. Oracle Arena will deny entry into the facility to those who carry any of the items mentioned until they are stored elsewhere by the ticket holder. The Warriors or Oracle Arena will not assume the responsibility for the storage of any of these items.

The Security Office at Oracle Arena is located on the Event Level in the South Tunnel.

Share Your Seats
The Golden State Warriors would like to offer a unique opportunity to Season Ticket Holders. The Warriors “Share Your Seats” ticket program allows Season Ticket Holders to donate tickets when they are unable to make it to a game. The Warriors will in turn donate the tickets to local non-profit organizations in the area that are a part of the “Share Your Seats” program. Tickets must be received three days prior to the date of the game. You will receive a tax deduction letter for your records. For more information click here.

Smoking Policy
No smoking of any kind is permitted in Oracle Arena. Patrons who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to ejection from Oracle Arena. Contact an Arena Guest Services Representative for assistance.

Special Appearances
The Golden State Warriors are committed to providing assistance to charitable organizations primarily in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Through the donation of tickets, autographed memorabilia, promotional items, player and talent appearances, and monetary contributions, the Warriors support hundreds of community organizations and individuals annually. In addition, the players make several appearances throughout the season at various locations for sponsors and Warriors events. For more information, click here.

The Warrior Girls make a variety of appearances throughout the year and will help make your next event a memorable experience. Due to the volume of requests and the team's existing commitments during the NBA season, please contact the Warriors 4-6 weeks prior to your event. Staff

Stella Artois Lounge
The Stella Artois Lounge offers premier food service, gourmet carving stations, TV monitors throughout and concierge service. It's the perfect place to relax before, during or after an exciting game.

Location : The Stella Artois Lounge is located on the east side of Oracle Arena.

Hours : The Stella Artois Lounge opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off and will remain open for one hour following the conclusion of the game. No reservations are necessary.

Entrance : There is a private entrance to the Stella Artois Lounge, which is located on the east side of Oracle Arena directly across from the stadium.

Access to the Stella Artois Lounge is restricted and reserved for Courtside and Sideline Club Members and Luxury Suite Holders.

Taxis
Taxis are always available at Oracle Arena to take you to your post-game destination. Taxis can be found post-game at the plaza circle located near Oracle Arena Box Office, which also serves as the drop-off location prior to games.

All public telephones are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with volume controls. Public telephones are located on the main concourse behind sections 104 and 216 in the upper concourse and all Club areas.

TicketExchange Program
Can't make it to a game? All Warriors Season Ticket Holders can sell tickets online. Sell your tickets anonymously with Warriors TicketExchange via Ticketmaster's secure online exchange service. Simply log onto My Warriors Account and select the tickets you wish to sell. Set the selling price and expiration date of tickets sold, and you will be informed of your listing status via e-mail notification. Posting tickets is quick, easy and secure. Ticket Re-Selling Policy
Oakland City Ordinance No. 7311 CMS, Section 6-3.19, prohibits the sale of tickets and any other articles (except at authorized ticket booths) within any public building, or on public grounds at Oracle Arena or Network Associates Coliseum and public parking lots adjacent thereto. Those found selling tickets on Oracle Arena or Coliseum property are subject to arrest.

Warriors TipOff is designed to offer the most up-to-date information possible for each Warriors home game. Warriors TipOff includes information on pregame and halftime entertainment, as well as complete rosters, statistics, and game notes on both teams. Complimentary copies of Warriors TipOff are distributed by Warrior representatives at the North, South and Main Plaza entrances, as well as all Courtside and Sideline Club concierge desks.

Season Ticket ownership rights are non-transferable; ownership lies with the primary name on the account. For Business and Corporate Accounts, Season Ticket ownership lies with the company.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are permitted at Oracle Arena.

During Warrior games at Oracle Arena, the disabled drop-off and pick-up area is located on the north and south ramps leading up to the Plaza, which is the area between the Coliseum and Oracle Arena where the Box Office is located.

Oracle Arena also offers accessible parking, which is located in the first two rows of the parking lot, closest to Oracle Arena. Spaces are limited.

Additionally, there are three elevators at Oracle Arena which are ADA accessible. The first is located on the west side near section 114; the other two are located on the east side near section 101.

Guests requiring the use of a wheelchair can sit in either their wheelchair or an actual Arena seat. Guests opting not to sit in their wheelchairs can store their wheelchairs in the handicap bay located behind their section.

Will Call
The “Will Call” window opens two hours prior to tip-off of each home game. The “Will Call” window is located on the Plaza Level at the Oracle Arena Box Office. Picture identification is required.
