2011-12 Group Tickets Terms and Conditions

Ticket Rights: Ticket plans and all rights
attendant thereto are owned by the Golden
State Warriors, LLC (the “Warriors”). Ticket plans
are revocable licenses to attend designated
games to be played at Oracle Arena, in Oakland,
California. The tickets are licensed to the party
whose name currently first appears on the
account in our records.

Regular Season: Ticket plans purchased
hereunder entitle the holder to admission to
specific regular-season home games of the
Warriors for the current NBA season. However,
full season ticket holders may be entitled to
purchase the same seat location for playoff
games, at prices and under terms (including
the deadline for such purchase) established by
the Warriors, provided that the availability of
such location is subject to NBA and Warriors
commitments, including press commitments
(and the Warriors reserve the right to offer
the full season ticket holder a relocation seat
selection, if available, as a result thereof). Miniplan
purchases not applicable.

Non-Transferability: Ticket plan accounts
and all rights attendant thereto are
non-transferable. All tickets will be mailed
to a single address. Request for a change of
address must be in writing and signed by the
party whose name currently first appears on
the account in our records. Sale or resale of
any Club tickets by unauthorized means is
prohibited, and violation of this policy may
result in cancellation of tickets. You may
resell your tickets via Warriors TicketExchange
on Warriors.com, pursuant to the terms and
conditions thereon.

Violation of Policy: Any abuse of Warriors,
NBA or Oracle Arena policy, abusive or
obnoxious behavior, or behavior which
endangers other ticket holders, by a ticket
holder or anyone who is using the tickets, may
result in seizure or cancellation of those tickets
and revocation of all remaining tickets for such
season and all rights attendant to the ticket
account. You agree to be responsible for the
conduct of all guests using tickets provided for
under this agreement.

NBA policy states: If, in the opinion of the
game officials, a spectator verbally abuses
players and/or coaches in a manner which
interferes with the ability of the coach to
communicate with the players during game
play or huddles, such spectator shall be given a
warning by building security. If such spectator
continues to behave in an abusive manner,
the spectator shall be ejected from the arena.
If a ticket holder or someone who is using the
tickets is ejected for a second time during the
same season, the Warriors shall revoke the
ticket and all rights attendant thereto.

Disputes: The resolution of all disputes
regarding Warriors tickets and any rights which
may arise from their purchase or possession
shall be made by the Warriors in its sole
discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, all such decisions by the Warriors will be
final and binding.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Warriors
liability for damages of any kind
arising out of the purchase or
posession of a group ticket, including
breach of contract, is limited to a
refund of the purchase price of the
group ticket holder’s unused tickets.
This remedy is exclusive. In no event
shall the Wariors be liable for
any incidental or consequential
damages.

Waiver of liability for personal
injury: THE HOLDER OF ANY TICKET
ISSUED BY THE WARRIORS VOLUNTARILY
ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER of
personal injury (Including Death)
and all other hazards arising
from or related in any way to
the event for which the ticket is
issued, however so caused, whether
occurring prior to, during or after
the event.

No Refunds or Exchanges: There shall be no refund of any monies paid for tickets or any exchanges of tickets by the Warriors except as determined by the Warriors in their sole discretion. In the event of any regular-season game(s) missed during the 2011-12 season related to your group ticket purchase, a refund will be offered for said missed games to be paid no later than February 28, 2012.

Policies and Procedures: The Warriors
reserve the right to modify from time to time
any policies and procedures, including those
relating to the licensing of ticket plans, upon
notice to ticket holders.
