Coming to Vegas twice seems like a lot in the summer, but the break was fun. Obviously, I’ve been gone for a long time, so it was nice to get home, sleep in your own bed and make some pure American food that you’re not going to get for pretty much the next month.

It’s fun to play with these guys and against them in practice. We’re making each other better and obviously we’re all trying to make the same goal – win gold, win every game and gear up for the Olympics. It makes it a lot of fun everyday you’re going against great players. Almost everybody is an All-Star on this team, so it makes it a lot of fun. You want to come out and work hard; you have to.

We’re excited to face Puerto Rico this week. You’ve got a certain way coach wants us to play defensively and how you play offense. When you’re playing against as good as we are everyday, you might get a little frustrated. You just want to get out against some fresh meat and see how far we’ve come together as a team.
