Think you have what it takes to be on TV or a writer for a magazine?
NBA Inside Stuff is looking for a Kid Correspondent, and it could be you!
If you’re between the ages of 12 and 17, submit an audition tape no longer than 30 seconds showing off the talent that would make you a good correspondent.
Your tape might air on national TV, and you could be chosen to be in a feature with an NBA or WNBA player that will appear on NBA Inside Stuff
Then, you'll be able to write about your experience for NBA Inside Stuff
Be creative! Interview your pet lizard..report on what you had for dinner..do anything that displays your personality as an on-air correspondent.
Here’s how the contest works:
All audition tapes will be reviewed by the staff of NBA Inside Stuff.
During the contest submission period, various video audition entries will appear on NBA.com, for viewing purposes.
The 4 top audition tapes selected by the Inside Stuff panelists will advance to the final round.
The 4 tapes selected as finalists will be posted on NBA.com, where they’ll be voted upon by the public.
The winner will be in a feature with an NBA or WNBA player that will air on NBA Inside Stuff, and will be able to write about his/her experience in an upcoming edition of NBA Inside Stuff magazine.
All entries must be received by March 25, 2002
