Jeff Munneke Vice President of Fan Relations and Guest Services 612-673-1639 munneke@timberwolves.com Jeff was the captain of the Huron (S.D.) University basketball team and graduated from that school with a degree in communications. Jeff is the Timberwolves' employee with the longest tenure, having been hired on June 20, 1988. He cut his teeth in the sports industry as a sales rep for the Minnesota Strikers, a MISL soccer team. After 14 years of leading the ticket sales staff, Jeff took on a new challenge overseeing a staff of seven with retention, and three with game operations, that is designed to focus on guests with an emphasis on season ticket holders. The staff's single biggest objective is to make the ticket experience a great one for our fans. In addition, Jeff manages all of the Timberwolves and Lynx youth basketball initiatives, including summer camps. "The best part of the job is having the privilege to personally get to know and talk hoops with many of our ticket/youth basketball relationships," he says. Jeff and his wife, Julie, have two children: a son, Ty (15) and a daughter, Megan (6). In his spare time Jeff has served as a coach and board member for his kids activities in Champlin, loves golf and tries to secure as much family cabin time as possible.
Eric Caulfield Manager of Ticketing 612-673-1644 caulfield@timberwolves.com Eric has a degree in Psychology from St. Mary's University and began with the Wolves in December 2000. Prior to joining the Wolves, Eric ran a kids club at a YMCA, was a para-professional for a special education class, and was in the leasing department at IKON Office Solutions. Eric lives with his wife, Kate, and their daughter McKenna. In his spare time, he likes to play basketball, golf, and read.
Tony Wolverton Sr. Fan Relations Executive: Sections 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, and Courtside Rows A-D 612-673-1663 wolverton@timberwolves.com Tony played baseball for the 2001 National Championship Team at the University of St. Thomas and graduated with a degree in Business Communications. He began working for the Timberwolves in September 2001. As a Fan Relations Executive, he will be in charge of providing great service to our season ticket holders in sections 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, including all courtside locations. Before joining the Timberwolves, Tony worked for the Senior PGA at the Coldwell Banker Burnett Classic as an event coordinator. In his spare time, you will most likely see Tony on the golf course or spending time with his wife Nicole and dogs Sam and Baron. 
Larry Traversie Fan Relations Executive: Sections 201-240 612-673-1627 traversie@timberwolves.com Originally from Aberdeen, S.D. Larry graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2000 with a degree in speech communications. He started with the organization as a ticket sales intern during the 2002-03 season and worked in the Inside Sales Department since July 2003. In 2004 Larry joined the Fan Relations department. 
George Truehart, III Fan Relations Executive: Sections 109, 110, 111, 112, 113 612-673-1628 truehart@timberwolves.com George Truehart III attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities where he immersed himself in Communication Studies and African American Studies. Prior to joining the Wolves full time during the '05-'06 season, George interned the two previous seasons, spending a season in the Fan Relations department, as well as a season in the Game Operations department. Before arriving with the Wolves organization George worked for HealthPartners as a pharmacist technician. As a Fan Relations Executive, George will be in charge of providing excellent service to our wonderful season ticket holders in sections 109, 110, 111, 112, & 113. George enjoys reading, and spending time with his dog Prince. 
Laura Jakacki Fan Relations Executive: Sections 116, 118, 121, 124, 126 612-673-1688 jakacki@timberwolves.com Laura recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Sport Management. As a Fan Relations Specialist, she will provide her service to sections 116, 118, 121, 124, and 126. Before joining the Timberwolves, Laura had internships with the Minnesota Thunder and A.C.E.S. (Athletes Committed to Educating Students) working in Sales and Community Relations. In her spare time she coaches South St. Paul's 7th grade girls traveling basketball team. In addition, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and playing tennis and golf. 
Rebecca Vanderwaal
Fan Relations Executive: Sections 101, 104, 106, 136, 138 612-673-1697 vanderwaal@timberwolves.com Rebecca currently is a student at National American University pursuing her bachelor's degree in paralegal with the possiblity of attending law school. She has worked as an usher at the Target Center since September 2005. Rebecca played basketball in high school, and was the captain her senior year. She also received all conference honors, as well as "Athlete of the Week" in the Elk River News. In her spare time she likes to snowboard, jet ski, travel and play softball, spend time with friends, family, and her cat, "Jayda." 
Kristina Netzler
Fan Relations Intern 612-673-8373 netzler@timberwolves.com Kristina is currently finishing her last year of school at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She played one year of college basketball and was selected as the team's Rookie of the Year before deciding to focus on school, family, and faith. Her family lives in Wautoma, WI and she comes from a long line of diehard Packer fans. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys hanging out with family and friends, playing with her kitten Honey, playing sports, having fun and being spontaneous.
