OVERVIEW
We realize that the future can be uncertain and financial decisions are more difficult during unstable economic times. The Minnesota Timberwolves No-Risk Pledge is a protection plan extended to our full Season Ticket Holders wherein should an involuntary loss of employment occur in 2009, a refund will be issued for all games that have not yet been played.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Pledge is for full season ticket holders. Ticket holders must be enrolled in one of the three official Timberwolves payment plan options. 'involuntary loss of employment’ is applicable to the primary season ticket holder of record only and non-transferable within an account. Loss of employment must occur before December 31, 2009. ENROLLMENT
Full Season Ticket Holders are automatically enrolled in the Timberwolves No-Risk Pledge upon making their initial payment. Should involuntary loss of income occur, the account holder should contact their Timberwolves representative to begin the request process. Requests are required to be made in writing with the appropriate official government unemployment paperwork attached. All requests must be received by December 31, 2009. Requests submitted prior to the first game of the season will be refunded in full. Requests submitted after the first game has occurred but before December 31, 2009 will be processed on the date the written request and required documents are received by the Minnesota Timberwolves. A refund will be issued for all games dates that have not yet been played. POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE: March 1, 2009 – December 31, 2009
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If situations arise which are not explicitly addressed by this policy, the Minnesota Timberwolves reserves the right to interpret or modify this policy in its sole discretion. In addition, the Minnesota Timberwolves reserves the right to amend this policy.
