This Week’s Results

The Wolves fell to the Nuggets last night in Denver 106-102. Young led the way with 23 points, while Wiggins added 22. Gorgui Dieng and Shabazz Muhammad finished with 14 points each. Dieng also added 13 rebounds.

The Warriors are coming off of a 100-86 road loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Christmas. The Warriors were down by just one at half, but the Clippers pulled away after that.

The good news for Golden State was that six players scored in double figures. The bad news is nobody exceeded 15 points. Thompson had those 15 points, but shot just 2-of-10 from three-point land. Curry scored 14, while Harrison Barnes added 12 points and a team-high 13 boards. David Lee and Speights had 11 points each. Draymond Green, like Barnes, had a double-double, finishing with 10 points and 10 boards. Golden State shot 6-of-28 from the three-point line and 12-of-22 from the free-throw line.

Warriors: Andrew Bogut (knee) is out indefinitely.
