Wolves Launch Online Store
The Minnesota Timberwolves today announced the team will launch a new online store at www.ShopWolves.com on Monday, Aug. 18. The new online store launches the same day the Timberwolves unveil new team uniforms for the franchise's upcoming 20th season. In addition to the new online store, the team website, www.timberwolves.com, underwent cosmetic changes to reflect the team's new look.
"The new online store provides our fans with the easiest, most convenient way to purchase all of our newly designed merchandise - including our new uniforms," said Ted Johnson, Timberwolves Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. "The changes to timberwolves.com and the online store reflect the ongoing changes to the franchise and the new era of Timberwolves basketball."
The Timberwolves are teaming up with Delivery Agent, Inc. to run the new online store. On Aug. 18, "Phase 1" of the new store will be implemented when the homepage of the Timberwolves online store will display the new Timberwolves home and away jerseys and fans will have the opportunity to pre-order the new jerseys before they go into production. "Phase 2" of the new store begins in October at which point all newly branded Wolves merchandise will be available.
The new relationship with Delivery Agent, Inc. offers the Timberwolves greater influence on the appearance of the online store, what merchandise is offered and a greater ability to customize offers for additional merchandise and ticket specials.

The Timberwolves' new-look website features an all-white background, rather than the previous slate blue, to reflect the design of the team's home jerseys. Consistent with the Timberwolves upcoming 20th season re-branding effort, the website change reminds fans of a new era in Timberwolves basketball.
