Additionally, FOX Sports North will televise two Wolves preseason games in 2014.

FOX Sports North’s regular season coverage begins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29 with a one-hour episode of Wolves Live presented by CenturyLink before the Wolves take on the Memphis Grizzlies in the team’s season opener.

The regional sports network will also cover the Wolves home opener vs. Detroit on Thursday, Oct. 30.

Timberwolves broadcasts will again include play-by-play announcer Dave Benz and color analyst Jim Petersen. Tom Hanneman, Marney Gellner and Jamie Hersch will host Wolves Live before and after every game, which also features analysis from Kevin Lynch and Quincy Lewis.

FOX Sports North’s 75-game schedule includes nine telecasts on FOX Sports North PLUS, an alternate channel made available by most cable and satellite providers. FOX Sports North PLUS channel listings are available at foxsportsnorth.com.

The regional sports network will also continue to air “Wolves Weekly,” with the new season set to kick off after the season opener on October 29.
