Summer League Schedule
The Minnesota Timberwolves Tuesday announced the team's roster for the 2007 NBA Summer League presented by adidas, which runs from July 6-15 at the COX Pavilion and the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. The summer league includes entries from 21 NBA teams as well as the Chinese National Team. This year's format features a 55-game schedule over a 10-day span in which the Wolves will play five games.

The Timberwolves Summer League roster features Wolves' 2007 NBA Draft picks Corey Brewer (first round, 7th overall) and Chris Richard (second round, 41st overall) along with Wolves 2006 NBA Draft picks Randy Foye (first round, 6th overall) and Craig Smith (second round, 36th overall). Additionally, the roster includes Rashad McCants, the Wolves' 2005 first round (14th overall) draft pick. The complete Timberwolves Summer League roster, schedule and player bios follow.

Luke Anderson
Finished his collegiate career averaging 17.6 points per game... Left Minnesota State, Mankato atop the record books in scoring (2,328), games played (132), games started (129), minutes played (4,102), field goals made (806), three-point field goals made (328) and free throws made (388)... Named First Team All-North Central Conference as a senior, the fourth time in his career, becoming the first men's basketball player in league history to earn the honor four times... Was also named the league's Most Valuable Player, marking the first time since 1996 that a Maverick earned the award... Originally signed with Division 1A Montana State out of Eagan High School (Minn.).
Ryan Bowen
Drafted by Denver in the second round (55th overall) of the 1998 NBA Draft... Has appeared in 432 career games over seven seasons with Denver and Houston... Has career averages of 2.7 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 0.5 apg and 13.0 mpg in 432 games (78 starts)... Averaged a career-best 4.9 ppg and 4.0 rpg while appearing in a career-high 75 games with Denver in the 2001-02 season... Played in Denver from 1999-00 through 2003-04 before signing with Houston on Sept. 29, 2004... Appeared in 134 games with Houston during the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons.
Corey Brewer
Selected 7th overall by Minnesota in the 2007 NBA Draft... Named Most Outstanding Player of the 2007 NCAA Tournament Final Four after leading the Gators over Ohio State in the National Championship game... Earned First Team All-SEC honors in 2006-07 as well as being named the SEC's Co-Defensive Player of the Year... Finished his collegiate career (3 seasons) as the Gator's all-time leading scorer in NCAA Tournament play with 198 points... Averaged 13.2 ppg, 2.9 apg and 4.7 rpg as a senior in 06-07.
Greg Brunner
Appeared in 127 games (115 starts) in his four years at Iowa... Posted collegiate averages of 11.9 ppg and 7.8 rpg while shooting 50.3 percent from the field... Left Iowa as the team's all-time leader in rebounding (990)... Also ranks in the top-10 in Iowa history in: blocked shots (104, sixth), free throw attempts (566, sixth), field goals (553, ninth) and scoring (1,516, 10th)... Named First Team All-Big Ten as a senior after averaging 14.1 ppg (.454 FG%) and 9.2 rpg in starting all 34 contests he played.
Mateen Cleaves
Drafted by the Detroit Pistons in the first round (14th overall) of the 2000 NBA Draft... Traded by Detroit to Sacramento for Jon Barry and a future first round pick on Sept. 7, 2001... Signed a 10-day contract with Cleveland on March 29, 2004... Signed with Seattle on Oct. 4, 2004... Has appeared in 167 games (10 starts) in six seasons in the NBA with Detroit, Sacramento, Cleveland and Seattle... Has averages of 3.6 ppg, 1.0 rpg, 1.9 apg and 11.2 mpg in his NBA career... Was the starting point guard for Michigan States's NCAA championship team in 2000.
Randy Foye
Selected 7th overall by the Boston Celtics who then traded his drafts rights to the Portland Trail Blazers... The Trail Blazers then traded his draft rights to the Timberwolves for the draft rights to Brandon Roy (6th overall selection in 2006 NBA Draft) on Draft Night (June 28, 2006)... Played in all 82 games of his first NBA season, including 12 starts... Tallied 10.1 ppg, 2.7 rpg and 2.8 apg in 22.9 mpg, hitting 43.4%; he's the Wolves' first rookie double-digit scorer since Wally Szczerbiak averaged 11.6 ppg in 1999-2000... Ranked 19th in free throw accuracy at 85.4% -- breaking Christian Laettner's franchise rookie record (83.5% in 1992-93)... Named Western Conference Rookie of the Month for December, and chipped in 14 points and seven assists in the Rookie Challenge at NBA All-Star weekend... Returned to play 37 games off the bench and averaged 5.0 ppg and 1.3 rpg in 15.0 mpg... Concluded his rookie season (2005-06) by averaging 7.9 ppg and 1.8 rpg in 79 outings... Set a franchise rookie record by hitting 37.2% from three-point range, breaking Isaiah Rider's mark of 36.0% in 1993-94... Chris Richard
Selected by Minnesota in the second round (41st overall) of the 2007 NBA Draft... Averaged 6.2 ppg and 3.7 rpg last season off the bench for the two-time defending NCAA champion Florida Gators... Scored eight points and grabbed eight rebounds in 20 minutes versus Ohio State in the 2007 NCAA Championship game.
Luke Schenscher
Not drafted by an NBA franchise... Averaged 8.2 ppg and 6.1 rpg in 36 games for the Fort Worth Flyers of the NBA Developmental league in 2005-06... Signed as a free agent by the Denver Nuggets on Aug. 18, 2005... Signed as a free agent by the Chicago Bulls on March 5, 2006... Averaged 1.8 ppg and 1.5 rpg in 20 games for the Bulls during the 2005-06 season... Averaged 1.7 ppg and 2.3 rpg in 11 games for the Portland Trail Blazers during the 2006-07 season... Craig Smith
Selected by Minnesota in the second round (36th overall) of the 2006 NBA Draft... Signed on Aug. 31... Finished his first year with the Wolves averaging 7.4 ppg and 5.1 rpg while appearing in all 82 games (five starts)... Joined teammate Randy Foye and Utah's Paul Millsap as the NBA's only rookies to play in all 82 games this season... Ranked fourth among rookie qualifiers in scoring (7.4 ppg) and third in rebounds (5.1 rpg), while shooting 53.1% from the floor...
