Wolves Announce 2006-07 Preseason Schedule
The Minnesota Timberwolves announced the team's 2006-07 preseason schedule. The Wolves will play eight preseason games, with two home games slated for Target Center and two U.S. Bank Classic home games in Omaha, Neb., and Moline, Ill.
The Timberwolves tip off their exhibition schedule on Wednesday, Oct. 11 vs. the Milwaukee Bucks at Target Center. The team's second Target Center date is Wednesday, Oct. 25 vs. the Chicago Bulls. Both Target Center games start at 7 p.m. The Timberwolves wrap up their exhibition schedule on Friday, Oct. 27 against the Milwaukee Bucks in Grand Forks, N.D., with Milwaukee as the home team. Minnesota plays Chicago, Detroit, Indiana and Milwaukee each twice during the preseason.
Individual tickets for the two Target Center preseason games will go on sale at a later date. The Timberwolves open their 18th NBA regular season in the Twin Cities on Wednesday, Nov. 1 against the Sacramento Kings at Target Center (7 p.m.).
