We got on the speaker phone with Celtics.com reporter Peter Stringer to discuss Kevin Garnett, how Boston's season has gone from an insider's perspective, and Friday's matchup with the Wolves.

CELTICS CHAT

Stringer, who's spent more time with the team than almost anybody, filled us in on his up-close-and-personal perspective of how the Celtic's season has gone. He also addressed several tough topics: Boston's relatively soft schedule (no Spurs, Suns, Mavs or Jazz yet); if other teams have figured out how to defend the Celtics; if Boston has enough interior scoring to compete deep in the playoffs; and if the Celtics peaked too early and more.

Of course, when your squad is 33-7, the rest of us are more inclined to dig for reasons why they aren't that good. Maybe they are?

Either way, Boston has to face a hungry pack of Wolves featuring four former Celtics that will see playing time: Sebastian Telfair, Ryan Gomes, Al Jefferson and Antoine Walker. Make sure to tune into KSTC at 6:30 p.m. or BOB 106 for the 6 p.m. pregame show so you don't miss a second of the action.
