Tuesday Practice Notes

The Wolves return home on Wednesday night for a contest against the Philadelphia 76ers. The players and coaches were optimistic at practice on Tuesday despite the eight-game losing streak and 1-8 overall record.

A key match up for the game against the 76ers is Randy Foye and Andre Miller battling at the point guard position. Foye scored a season-high 18 points in the loss to Denver on Sunday night and will look to come off the bench to provide offense for the Wolves. Head coach Randy Wittman looks ahead to a home game against Philadelphia. Wittman believes the 1-8 start this year is completely different than last season. He also would like to get Mike Miller more shots in the offense and likes the production from Jason Collins.
