Six shooters, chosen from the previous year's champion and the current season's top 3-point shooters, will compete in the exciting two-round competition. This year's competitors are Chauncey Billups, Daequan Cook, Stephen Curry, Channing Frye, Danilo Gallinari, and Paul Pierce.
Topic Five: All Star Preview -- Sprite Slam Dunk Contest
Saturday evening's grand finale, the Sprite Slam Dunk Contest, will showcase some of the NBA's best athletes as they take to the air mystifying fans with their gravity-defying creativity. New York's Nate Robinson returns to defend his title.
