2009 U.S. Bank/Minnesota Timberwolves Summer Caravan

The Timberwolves are set to embark on the 2009 U.S. Bank/Minnesota Timberwolves Summer Caravan, which will hit the road on Wednesday, July 29 and make stops in Rochester, St. Cloud and Duluth. Wolves forwards Corey Brewer and Ryan Gomes will headline this summer's Caravan events. Over the past 19 years, the Timberwolves Caravan has made 88 stops across Minnesota and the upper Midwest.

The U.S. Bank/Timberwolves Caravan, presented by Fox Sports North, is designed to thank Wolves fans in Minnesota for their continued support. The Caravan features an array of activities in three communities outside the Twin Cities metro area. Among the events slated for the tour are community outreach events, free basketball clinics that are open to the public and autograph sessions. After the Caravan opens on July 29 in Rochester, the tour will push on to St. Cloud on Thu., July 30 and conclude in Duluth on Fri., July 31.

The 2009 Caravan will feature Brewer and Gomes visiting St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, joining a KIDSTOP Boys & Girls Club in Sauk Rapids, and participating in a Habitat for Humanity house build in Cloquet.
