Flash Seats is our ID-based ticketing technology which provides you the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing your tickets online or in the Timberwolves mobile app.
- Easily manage your tickets from anywhere, online or using the official Timberwolves mobile app:
TIMBERWOLVES APP:
1. Tap Tickets 
or QR Code 
to login with your Flash Seats credentials
2. In the Tickets menu tap Manage My Tickets 
and choose the game you wish to transfer.
3. Tap the Transfer button, select the seats you wish to transfer, fill in the transfer information and click NEXT.
4. Review the transfer information and click CONFIRM TRANSFER when ready.
DESKTOP:
1. Log in, and then Click TICKETS in the toolbar.
2. Find the game and tickets you want to transfer and Click TRANSFER.
3. Check the boxes for the tickets you want to transfer. Enter the name and email of the recipient and Click PREVIEW
THE FLASH TRANSFER.
4. Click CONFIRM TRANSFER and the recipient will immediately receive an email with instructions on how to claim the tickets.

TIMBERWOLVES APP:
1. Tap Tickets or QR Code to login with your Flash Seats credentials
2. In the Tickets menu tap Manage My Tickets and choose the game you wish to sell.
3. Tap the SELL button, select the seats you wish to sell and fill in the required resale fields, then click PREVIEW LISTING.
4. Review the resale information and click CONFIRM LISTING when ready.
DESKTOP:
1. Log in, and then Click TICKETS in the toolbar.
2. Find the game and tickets you want to list for sale and Click SELL.
3. Check the boxes for the tickets you want to list for sale.
4. Enter your asking price per ticket, the listing expiration date and time, and any additional seat description.
5. Click PREVIEW OFFER, then Click CONFIRM OFFER and your seat will be immediately posted.

Timberwolves full and half season members have a certain number of opportunities to exchange tickets prior to a game they are unable to attend for another regular season game (equal or lesser tier), subject to availability. View the 2019-20 game schedule tiers here.
TIMBERWOLVES APP:
1. Tap Tickets or QR Code to login with your Flash Seats credentials
2. In the Tickets menu tap Manage My Tickets and choose the game you wish to exchange.
3. Tap the Transfer button select the seats you wish to exchange then enter the following:
- a. Email: memberexchange@timberwolves.com
b. In the “Message to Recipient” section please list:
- - The home game(s) you would like to exchange your ticket(s) for (requested game must be equal or lesser tier to the game you are exchanging). View the 2019-20 game schedule tiers here.
- # of Tickets per home game you wish to receive back
- Any additional notes or seating preferences
4. Click CONFIRM TRANSFER and your exchange will be requested.
DESKTOP:
Tickets for the exchanged games will be transferred back to your account within 72 hours prior to the game.
RULES OF EXCHANGE:
Once tickets have been exchanged they will not be available for resale.

The games within your season membership are valued at different rates based on the expected market demand ensuring that your ticket price better reflects the actual value for each game. Use the exclusive member rate for any individual game tickets and enjoy a significant discount over single game prices. As a Wolves member, you have access to purchase up to four additional tickets for all elite games and up to six for all others. Subject to availability. Tickets purchased at the member discounted rate are not available for re-sell. Some restrictions may apply.
Donations must be made 72 hours prior to the game.
