Saunders Leads Western Conference To Third Straight All-Star Win
Timberwolves head coach Flip Saunders led the West All-Stars to a 136-132 win over the East on Feb. 15 at Staples Center in Los Angeles. Seven-time All-Star Kevin Garnett, who scored the first points of the game, recorded 12 points with seven rebounds and six assists. First-time All-Star Sam Cassell added four points and a team-high seven assists.
