Paying Your Account
Payment for season tickets must be made by the season ticket holder of record whose name appears on the account. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, along with checks and money orders. Please include your Timberwolves account number on all checks. Please, no third party payments. Faxed credit card payments with authorized signatures will be accepted at 612-673-1343. All accounts must be paid in full before any tickets can be distributed. After you receive your tickets, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Purchasing Additional Tickets
Please call the Season Ticket Holder Hotline at 612-673-8373 to order additional single-game and/or season tickets. Seat locations are subject to availability. Only full and partial season ticket holders are able to purchase additional tickets on this hotline. If you are not a season ticket holder, please contact Ticketmaster at 1-800-4NBA-TIX or ticketmaster.com.

Child Ticketing Policy
All children over the age of 2 years are required to possess a ticket for entry to the building. Children under 24 months of age may enter without a ticket, but must sit on their parent or guardian’s lap.

Lost and Stolen Ticket Policy/Procedure
Season tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed may be replaced with a seat authorization pass for an individual game. A police report is required to reprint entire season ticket packages that are stolen, and written documentation must be provided for season ticket packages deemed lost. Please treat your tickets like cash, and do not leave them unsecured in your office or home. Please call our Fans First Hotline at 612-673-8373 to let us know how we can help you.

Accessible Seating
People using wheelchairs plus one companion will be allowed to purchase our wheelchair accessible seats located in Row T in various sections in the lower level and Row C in even numbered section in the upper level. To buy these seats as a season ticket, the person using the wheelchair must attend at least half the games in the season ticket package. If a wheelchair accessible location is needed for just a few games, we ask the person needing the tickets to call the Fans First Hotline at 612-673-8373 in advance of the game to make arrangements. We have made special provisions for disabled season ticket holders who do not use a wheelchair.

Fan Relations/Disabled Seating
Located between sections 138 and 140 on the lower concourse, this office can assist you with any disabled or special seating needs. To arrange disabled/special-seating needs in advance, please call 612-673-8373 during regular business hours.

Ticket Ownership Policy, Account Changes
The individual or organization named on your invoice is the Primary Season Ticket Holder of Record. Each season ticket account that is held by an organization is required to have a contact person listed. Only the season ticket holder of record is granted renewal, upgrade, and/or playoff privileges, which are not transferable and are subject to the requirement that the requested ticket deposit/payment be made prior to the season ticket renewal or playoff deadline. Any season ticket holder failing to renew as required will lose current seat locations as well as priority date and seating upgrade opportunities.

Please keep us informed of any changes in addresses, phone numbers or contact names. To request a change, the season ticket holder of record must submit the new information in writing (on company letterhead, if applicable) to:
Minnesota Timberwolves Ticket Office
600 First Avenue North
Minneapolis, MN 55403

This information may also be faxed to 612-673-1343 or e-mail fansfirst@timberwolves.com.

Seat Upgrades
To upgrade season tickets, the Minnesota Timberwolves offer a Select-a-Seat event every year for season ticket holders to view available seats in the arena. This allows you the opportunity to experience the view from different seat locations and learn more about pricing.

Seating Chart
Visit the Arena Map and Pricing page to see the Target Center seating chart and the view from each section.

Ticket Refunds/Exchanges
Ticket refunds or exchanges are prohibited. However, a popular option for season ticket holders is to donate tickets to Tickets For Kids. For more information, contact Fan Relations at 612-673-8373.

Ticket Scalping
"Scalpers" and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the Minnesota Timberwolves or Target Center. If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a non-authorized agent, you risk being removed from the seats you are in upon the presentation of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket holder. We urge everyone to purchase tickets through the Timberwolves, either at the Target Center Box Office, or through Ticketmaster.

Ticket scalping is illegal according to Minnesota Statute 609.805.

VIP Card
The VIP Card is available to all full season ticket holders. Go to the VIP Card page for the latest updates on establishments that are offering exclusive discounts.

Target Center Security Measures
Please read the security measures that are in place for the 2004-05 Timberwolves season to ensure safety of all our patrons, staff and players. If you have questions about any of these policies, please feel free to contact our customer service hotline during regular business hours at 612-673-8373.

Guest Code of Conduct
Everyone is expected to be respectful of the players, staff and other guests around him or her. This is for everyone’s enjoyment.
Guests should not use abusive or inappropriate language toward the players, staff or other guests.
Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Ushers see many people throughout each game. To ensure people are sitting in their seats at all times, ushers may ask to see your ticket as you are entering your section before and during the game. Please be prepared to show your stub to them.

Guest Services
Guest Services, located outside Section 138, is staffed throughout every event to help all of our patrons with any issues that may arise during the game. If there is any situation making you uncomfortable, first communicate that to your usher. After that, Guest Services is the place to go. Some of the issues dealt with include lost and found, lost and missing children, disputes between patrons, seating issues, complaints and concerns. You can also give the Guest Services phone number to your babysitter if they will need to contact you. You must also give your seat location to the babysitter, as Target Center does not have a paging system. The number to use, in case of emergency only, is 612-673-8194.
