The Timberwolves and Lynx are driven to continue to make our fan experience great and will honor Target Center game night staff members who were nominated by their superiors and fans for outstanding service in their respective areas.
Vice President of Fan Experience Jeff Munneke will present service award pins to recognize their efforts monthly with pre-game on court recognition.

November 2013 Award Winners Jodie Duncan - DNC/Concessions, Jim Rosemeyer - Guest Services and Mike Locust - Security stand with Wolves VP of Fan Experience and Basketball Academy Jeff Munneke as they were selected as the all star service award winners and honored pre-game before Timberwolves took on the Wizards.

March 2013 Award Winner LaVera Jeffrie – while working in the Backcourt Club during the Timberwolves/Wizards game on March 6th LaVera encountered a guest who was choking. Without hesitation LaVera took control and began performing the Heimlich maneuver clearing the guest’s airway thus preserving her life. The dedication to our guests shown by LaVera sets a standard for all of our staff to live up to.
