Getting Started
You should have received your unique Account ID and Password by letter along with additional information on 'MY TIMBERWOLVES ACCOUNT'. You can use this information to
log in (help) to your 'MY TIMBERWOLVES ACCOUNT'. Then, simply choose the link you’re interested in or select “Get Started” to begin forwarding tickets, making payments online and more. For additional help when you’re signed in to your account, please refer to the online Help Page or select the “Contact Team Rep” link (
see image below).

Forward Your Tickets
Forwarding is FREE for the 2008-2009 season— courtesy of the Timberwolves!
Follow these easy steps to email your tickets to friends.
| Step 1: | Select the tickets you wish to forward. You can forward more than one ticket at a time per game, but only to a single recipient. |
| Step 2: | Enter the recipient's first and last name, email address and any special message you'd like to send with your tickets. |
| Step 3: | Submit your billing information. This year, forwarding is FREE for the 2008-2009 season— courtesy of the Timberwolves! |
| Step 4: | You'll be asked to verify your order before completing the transaction. Once forwarded, the barcode on your original season ticket will be cancelled and a new one delivered to the recipient via email. You'll receive an email confirmation for your records. |
Edit Your Profile
Now you can edit your profile from wherever you have Internet access. You’ll be able to keep your account information up to date quickly and easily; including changes to your password, your contact information, your billing information and more. Take a look!
Make Payments
When you sign up for an account, you’ll be able to make payments directly through our secure website. It’s safe and easy!
