Q. Biana, How do you stay in such incredible shape while going to school and working at night? You are so beautiful and are in such incredible shape that you inspire me to work hard as well. You're great! -MM
A. Dear MM, staying in shape is done somewhat on my own, but a great deal has to do with a wonderful fitness club that we are associated with. Us dancers recieve one-on-one training with Steele Fitness trainors once a week as well as a group session that they offer us another day of the week. On top of that we have two days of three hour practices that we work very hard at and lastly I try to go to Lifetime, where we recieve a membership to workout at, at least a couple other days on my own. It is hard work, but it is all in good fun! Thanks for the question and I am happy to hear you enjoy watching us! Take care.

Q. Hi Ashley,
I was at the game last night with my 7 year old son Connor. We sat in section 113, row C. You smiled and said hello to him and he thought that was pretty cool. He also got to give Crunch "five". This was his first
Wolves game and you helped make it extra special for him. Thanks for doing that.
Do you guys ever send out autographed pictures to fans? If so I know he would be totally surprised and excited to get one in the mail from you and/or Crunch. -Eric
A. It's great to hear that your son had such a memorable experience at his first Wolves game! Our goal is to make the experience of our fans the absolute best. You can visit us at the top of the escalators in the skyway level entrance to get a free autographed poster. Otherwise, we can send one to you if you are not able to make it back to a game this year. We hope you are able to come again and cheer on our awesome players as they finish up the season this Spring.

Q. First off, thanks for all the work you and your colleagues do. I know you guys work a great deal and don't get thanked enough, so thank you for all you do. My question for you is: what has been your favorite memory being a Timberwolves cheerleader? -hendr329
A. Thank you for your question! We all have such a great time being part of the Timberwolves organization and providing entertainment for all the fans that it's so hard to pick just one favorite memory! There are so many experiences ranging from dancing out on court or greeting fans at pre-game, the times we share as a dance team at practices and in the locker room with jokes and funny conversations. I guess if I really had to narrow it down, my most memorable moment of being a Timberwolves dancer would be during the Veterans game at the beginning of the year. We walked into a suite with a Veteran about our age who had just gotten back from war and had been through a tragic bomb accident. Meeting him and hearing his story was such a heartfelt experience. Its times like those I feel very lucky to be in the position I'm in where I can meet amazing, and inspirational people.

Q. congrats on making the dancing squad. I grew up in Adelaide and now live in Dallas. I read about your selection on the Advertiser web page. Well done and keep dancing.
-David
A. Hi David,
Wow it is a small world! Yes, since Adelaide is a small city, the newspapers do very well at keeping tracks on everyone. It's so nice to hear from someone from my home city also. Thanks for sending your congrats David.
Take care!
