The FastBreak Foundation's Season of Giving Month focuses on organizations and events that work to improve the holiday season for Minnesotans in need, as well as recognize those in the community who embody the spirit of the season through their work to assist others.
The Minnesota Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation provides and supports hands-on programs that positively impact Minnesota youth. Through giving, education and basketball opportunities, the Foundation enables young people to make responsible decisions, contribute to their futures and experience lifelong memories.

Wolves To Spread Holiday Cheer Through Season Of Giving
This holiday season, the Minnesota Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation will celebrate the Season of Giving, presented by SPIRE Federal Credit Union, that focuses on supporting organizations and hosting events that help make the holidays a happier time for those in need. The FastBreak Foundation, which is supported year-round by the Roger and Nancy McCabe Foundation, will use this special time of year to recognize individuals in the community who embody the spirit of the season through their work to assist others.
Wolves Take Part In Annual Holiday Shopping For Kids
On Sunday evening, the Minnesota Timberwolves teamed up with MARN (Minnesota Adoption Resource Network) and SPIRE Federal Credit Union to provide the ninth annual Holiday Shopping for Kids event. Twenty-one children in foster care from ages 7 to 16 went on a $500 shopping spree at the downtown Target location – accompanied by a SPIRE Federal Credit Union representative. Nine players on the Timberwolves were also spread across the store to help the children shop for both things they wanted and needed.
Love's Coat Drive Continues To Grow, Impact Community
Kevin Love rolled up to the Salvation Army's Central Avenue location on Tuesday afternoon with a special delivery in tow. His SUV was packed to the ceiling with donated coats from fans and supporters across the region, and it was only a sample size of the more than 4,500 coats received since Nov. 16.

FastBreak Foundation Honors Life Rebuilders
Throughout the month of December, the Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation focuses it’s efforts on improving the holiday season for Minnesotans in need, as well as recognizing those in the community whose work assists others. The Life Rebuilders organization provides transitional housing and services for men of the Twin Cities by helping them get back on their feet and reuniting them with their families. During the holidays these men give back to the community by serving those in need.
FastBreak Foundation Honors The Jason P. Wallace Foundation
Coleman is the Executive Director of the Jason P. Wallace Foundation, an organization that was honored during Friday night’s Timberwolves home game versus the Washington Wizards. The Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation continued its Season of Giving honors Friday night by welcoming the Jason P. Wallace Foundation to the Target Center during the third quarter for a crowd ovation. Throughout the month of December, the Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation focuses it’s efforts on improving the holiday season for Minnesotans in need, as well as recognizing those in the community whose work assists others.
