During Fan Appreciation Month the FastBreak Foundation will find unique ways of saying "Thank You" to Minnesotans for their charitable work and encourage others to get involved in their communities. Fans will vote to assist in determining which of five pre-selected organizations will receive the $10,000 Fan Appreciation Month grant. In addition to the grant, the foundation will recognize an employee, owner, player and fan that have made great contributions through volunteerism or giving in his or her community.
Heroes in the Making: Do you know someone who goes above and beyond in the community? The Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation wants to hear about those in the community who give their time and passion to inspire us. We will honor them in game. Whether it's a family member, an outstanding volunteer, a great neighbor or that special someone who always inspires you to be better, we want to know. Timberwolves Ten: This unique awards program is designed to honor the top senior girls and boys high school basketball players' throughout the State of Minnesota. A committee consisting of coaches, league officials and media members will select the winners. Timberwolves Ten honorees will be incited to a VIP reception and will be recognized on-court.
