On behalf of the Minnesota Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation, it is my pleasure to present you with our 2010-11 Grant Application. We will be accepting applications from September 1st until October 1st, 2010. Our grant structure consists of 14 $5,000 grants -- two each month from October 2010 to April 2011 -- to coincide with our themes listed on page one of the application. In addition to the themes listed, we will be adding one additionals theme at a later date and will notify you when this theme has been decided upon. The application will be available online at www.timberwolves.com/community on September 1st.

Each winner will receive the $5,000 grant, a booth to market their organization at one of the games, a Public Address announcement during the game and tickets for a game. Every organization that applies for a grant will receive tickets to one of our games.

The Minnesota Timberwolves FastBreak Foundation is a recognized 501(c)3 non-profit, which provides and supports hands-on programs that positively impact Minnesota youth. Through giving, education and basketball opportunities, the Foundation enables young people to make responsible decisions, contribute to their futures and experience lifelong memories.
