When he was traded to the Sonics on Feb. 20, 2008, Brent Barry returned to the city where he enjoyed some of his best NBA seasons. Barry had yet to match his potential to his production when he was dealt to the Sonics in the summer of 1999. Starting alongside fellow Oregon State Beaver Gary Payton, Barry developed into one of the league's most efficient shooter. He later shifted to play point guard for a year and a half after Payton was traded. A free agent in the summer of 2004, Barry left the Sonics for San Antonio, helping the Spurs win the 2005 and 2007 NBA championships.
